PAQLESS.COM — RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
OUR 100-DAY HASSLE-FREE GUARANTEE
At Paqless, we stand behind the quality of our travel compression bags and accessories. We offer a 100-day hassle-free return guarantee on all products purchased from Paqless.com. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason within 100 days of purchase, you can return your item for a full refund, provided it is in resaleable condition with original packaging.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS UNDER UK LAW
In addition to our 100-day guarantee, you have statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive it (the 'cooling-off period') for any reason, without providing a justification. To exercise this right, please contact us in writing at support@paqless.com within this 14-day period.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@paqless.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a returns address. Please do not send items back without first obtaining authorisation from us.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
For returns under our 100-day guarantee, items must be in resaleable condition: unused and unworn with original packaging intact, all components and accessories included, and free from damage caused by misuse. Defective or damaged items are accepted regardless of condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items damaged through customer misuse.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a faulty or defective item, we sent you the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged. In these cases, return shipping will be provided free of charge. Please contact support@paqless.com for a prepaid return label.
REFUND TIMELINE
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a further 3 to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact support@paqless.com. We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost if the item is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, defective or damaged, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Return shipping will be provided free of charge via a prepaid label. Please contact support@paqless.com with photographs of the damage and your order number, and we will arrange this immediately.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons: Scented sachets once the seal has been opened or removed. All other Paqless products are returnable within the timeframes and conditions outlined in this policy.
